My best friend, Jessica, is at the hospital now. Sheapos;s being induced today Iapos;m going to see baby Omri later today, hopefully. Iapos;m a little bit confused why they would induce her at 38 weeks. Her blood pressure was high, but not really high. They became alarmed and admitted her. Why didnapos;t they just wait and see if it went down? Also my doctor told me even at 38 weeks a babyapos;s lungs might not be fully developed. There is no way to know unless you get an amniocentesis. I had an amnio at 38 weeks and regret it. I could have waited until 39 weeks, but became anxious and delivered Corgan early. Iapos;m educated now about birth and plan on being wise next time
